DH and I are thinking over some boy names and on my list of favorites are Hudson and Greyson. However, our last name ends in -son so I'm thinking I may take those off the list because that is a lot of son in just one name. WDYT ladies?
DS is Jackson and our LN also ends in son. The thought of too much "son" never crossed my mind when choosing names. Personally I don't think it's too much.
However when I think about future LO's and names I would avoid going with another name ending in son.

If it helps at all, there's soooo much --son out there right now that I think you'll feel better giving your child a name that isn't like so many other kids'.
My last name is a "son" name as well, and I've avoided all names with a similar ending. I just can't make a person go through life as Harrison Samuelson or Emerson Johnson.
Re: Is it too much son...
Agree.

What about just dropping the "son" and go with Grey/Gray?
I agree!
