BRU trip today...what should i get?

I have a gift card and I'm going to get some things off my registry that I did not receive. Any other suggestions for what to get thats not like a neccesity? I have most of the basics.

People swear by the fisher price rock and play, although it's way overpriced at BRU. I got one on Amazon this week for $40 w/ no tax and free shipping, it was on sale. I picked up some California baby wash with my leftover gift cards when they had a buy 2 get 1 promotion, not sure if that's still going on or not, but it was a good deal.

Most people don't, but, I consider them a necessity after all three of my sisters had babies this year, too, and they were the only thing that saved their sanity (or grandma/grandpa/aunt whoever was watching them)... Swaddlers! They're included in the linen sale, which is awesome! I got two swaddlers and a swaddlepod, another crib sheet, and a mattress pad and got 25% off all of them! 

The Buy two, get one on creams and such is also still going on. And buy one, get one half off Lansinoh, as well!! 

I went ahead and get LO's tummy time mat, and FAO Schwartz has some cute (and surprisingly reasonably priced) little toys, like plush "My First...," which they had a purse for little girls (with a little cell phone, lipstick, mirror, etc inside), and a toolbox for little boys with a variety of tools!

If you don't already have a boppy pillow, get one. Seriously. It's my absolutely favorite baby thing and I can't be without it. Make sure that you have infant tylenol, a thermometer, and a pair of nail trimmers. Those are little things that tend to get overlooked until you need them.

My doctor said to get 2 boppy pillows, one to sit on and one to feed with! I planned on getting 2, one for upstairs and one for down and now I am considering 3!
