how to unblock someone on FB?

I blocked one of Jay's old friends b/c I really dislike him, but I want to send out an invite to Jay's birthday coming up (yeah, so, it's in April, but whatever) to all of Jay's friends, so I guess I have to invite this joker.  I have him blocked and can't figure out how to unblock the asssshole.  Anyone know how to undo that action?

Click on the little arrow in the top right corner of your FB screen, then click Privacy Settings. Down at the bottom there should be a "Blocked People & Apps" section and you can click "Manage Blocking". Tada. You're Welcome. You love me, I know.. you don't have to tell me.

I would also set a google calendar reminder for the day after the party that says "don't forget to reblock that assssshole".
