Should I feel guilty...

that my DD (almost 6) is still asking for inexpensive Christmas gifts?  Santa gets off cheaply again!  And mom is very happy.  When does that change?

    Is she asking for inexpensive gifts because she doesn't want you to spend a lot of money? Or are you just lucking out that what she wants is inexpensive? I say enjoy it! :)

    Enjoy it! My DS has asked for an iPad this year. Yikes! 

     

    He has no idea about big vs. little, though. Last year he asked for a $30 Thomas set, next year it'll probably be something cheap again. He's just obsessed with Apple and since we have a mac, an iphone and an ipod, the ipad is the only thing left (that HE knows about) for him to obsess about!

    Since you are getting off cheap, why not have your adorable daughter help you shop for a less fortunate child?  Perhaps you guys can buy for a foster child your daughter's age?
