Quick fashion/weather question

I'm bumping from my phone at the gym on the bike, so I can't do a clicky poll, sorry.

 

My question: do you think I could get away with wearing a dress tonight or will I freeze? I'm going with a friend for her birthday to get a tattoo, then  dinner, then highball, so we won't be hanging out outside anywhere.

    It's only supposed to go down to the 60s tonight. I bet you'd be fine in a dress.

    Sweet! That's what I'm thinking. DH thinks I'll freeze. But it's a newish dress that I have yet to wear so I wanted an opportunity to do so!
