Trouble TTC

Holy bloodwork!

I posted yesterday about my pre-IVF bloodwork and what to expect.

Well I went this morning, and holy crap, the order was HUGE. There was a point where I was worried that I might not have enough done prior to IVF to have a clear picture of our cycle- I am concerned no more.

Hopefully everything comes back clean and normal.

Pics and full story in my blog!

  • Holy crapola!!!! I saw the lab labels on your blog.

I almost passed out during the draw for my initial workup, and I don't think it was near the # of tubes you had drawn. Hopefully a lot of those labels were used for the same tube color. Yikes! Did you feel OK after?

Yes, there were definitely fewer tubes than labels. I felt fine and had a great vein so I was good to go!

I know! The phlebotomist was all about it. She kept telling me to hold it up higher so that you could see all of them. She though it was hilarious. I love meeting nice people during this IF crap Smile
