new to temping and confused about FF

this is my 1st month of temping and charting, today is cd13 and my temp went way down to 96.44 and my CM was thin and whitesh but not sticky and stringy, like egg whites, anyway, i am traveling and won't be home until tomorrow afternoon, i don't know if i am going to O or not, i usually don't O on my own either at all or til about day 17-20, last month i was on clomid so that may be in my system but even with clomid i didn't trigger til day 17. i am just trying to understand FF and temping better and wondering what i should look for.

FF can't really indicate when you will O before it happens; an OPK is your best chance of getting an early indicator.  What temping and charting will do is confirm that you did ovulate (when you see a significant shift in temps), but you'll only know for sure 3-4 days afterwards, when you've had several days of higher temps.
