We have a day full of shopping to do for DH. He still doesn't have a winter coat and needs other sundries for his trip to London. Also on the hunt for new flatwear. Other than that, just watching the Longhorns. Speaking of which, if you say "Texas" - Emily will respond with her toddler style horns and say "FIGHT!". It's pretty damn cute.

The board traffic drops off around noon on Fridays and I wonder what everyone is up to all weekend!

DH is taking the kids to the ILs for breakfast and the football game.  My plan is to go buy fabric and make Christmas pillowcases.  Or, work on a photo book.  But, I'd REALLY like to go shopping instead.  Shopping won't cross anything off of my 'to-do' list though.  I also plan to ignore the huge stack of mail and big pile of stuff on the dining room table, atleast until DH complains.

My little sis is in town. Yay! My mom, sis and I are going to buy baby furniture and maybe register. DH is working in Laredo the next couple weeks so he's not going. I don't think he wants to anyway. His only input so far has been the furniture and that he wants the nursery done in hot pink and black. Also probably hitting up fabric stores for nursery bedding. I don't seem to like anything.

I've got a private practice client this morning (yay!) and a birthday party tonight. Hoping to fit in some workouts, some Christmas shopping and some housecleaning. Let's hope I'm not too hungover tmr!

Jack's soccer game this morning, a VERY exciting afternoon at the grocery store, afternoon nap (if I'm lucky), work tonight.

DH and our nephew are finishing assembling the playscape that had been needing to be assembled for 3 whole fuckingyears (praise the lord!), and I came home to NOLA with baby girl in order to help my sister out. She's been having some health issues, so I'm doing a cook-off this weekend and stockpiling her freezer with meals that I mainly gathered from this board. (Rah-rah for this board!)

This evening we are going to the Bywater, an area between the French Quarter and the now-famous Ninth Ward, to stroll through a neighborhood-wide art walk. Fun!

This morning L and I are going to look for some maternity pants and/or leggings.  If we go the legging route, then I will also be looking for some tunics/sweaterdresses to go with them.  And possible some shoes and boots.

I also plan on going to use my groupon at Jerry's artarama to buy paint for L's bigboy room.  His mural ain't gettin' done by itself--although I wish it would.  Hopefully I will start to paint this weekend.

And amongst all  that fun, I have grading to do--YAY!!!

DH is oot this weekend so I'm on my own with the kiddo.  I'm going to take him to the bounce house this morning and then to lunch with my mom, then we'll come home & nap and lounge around the house.  Not sure about tomorrow although we'll probably get out of the house again in the morning and then go to my parents house for dinner.

I'm considering going shopping but can't decide if I really want to get dressed and out of the house.  Other than that, I have tons of grad school homework to do.  Exciting!  

Tonight, DH and I are having some appetizers and watching UFC from the couch.  That part will be more fun than it sounds.

We have a "junk room" in my house. The closet is full of family photos, craftish stuff, there are boxes of home dcor that I occasionally rifle through and all my Pamper ed Chef stuff. Last night I pulled everything out of closets and boxes. Today I have to put it back together and space plan a custom closet for DH to build in the workout room.

You know- bc I have homework.

Tonight we told DSS we'd take him to Wurstfest. But now none of his friends are going so he wants to stay home and play video games all night. Again. DH had a friend call him last night and invite us to SA to see Gary Allen, so we're thinking about staying there tonight now. We'll see how things work out.

Oh, and driving to G-town to look at some houses bc DH seems to think that's where we should live.  (no offense to anyone there, but I work in south downtown and am comfortable in this area.)

We went to the Farmer's Market this morning and are going to plant some bulbs this afternoon.  Tonight is birthday dinner for the hubs and I think he wants Thai food.  (I was kind of hoping he'd want to go to the German restaurant here in town, but no dice.)  Tomorrow is church.  I'll probably try to go grocery shopping tomorrow, too, since it is easier to have DH watch DD than to take her with me to the store.  I know - try not to envy my super-exciting weekend.

Sparky and I have already been to breakfast and the grocery store and then he passed out for a nap. He NEVER naps on weekends so this is a treat. The supplementing is working!!

We are waiting on my dad to get here. He's staying tonight on his way back from burying my cousin's baby (lost at 5mo gestation) in OK. I guess I need to fold laundry so he can walk down the hall.

I'm in Houston this weekend - Target this morning, wedding tonight (where I will be getting waaaaaaaaaaaasted), nursing the inevitable hangover tomorrow & work tomorrow night.  Good times.
