IVF cancelled

I only have 4 follices growing, E2 went up but not enough to move on. RE called and wants me to trigger tonight and we are doing IUI tomm morning.... I know there is still hope with the IUI but im still hurt :(

    Resumed TTC in October 2009 HSG, Hysteroscopy, S/A all clear
    Five total medicated cycles and IUI #1-3 = BFN and all while we were still "unexplained IF"
    25 August Lap revealed Endo, adhesions and blocked left tube
    September 2011: Femara + IUI #4 (IUI #1 post endo removal) =BFFN
    November: IVF #1: Stims started 11/16 ER 11/25 (7R, 5F) ET 11/30 Transferred 2 beautiful expanding blastocysts +HPT 12/6/11
    Beta #1 at 9dp5dt=153! Beta #2 at 16dp5dt= 4009!
    Ultrasound 12/30 showed one beautiful heartbeat! EDD 17 August, 2012

    Hazel Evelyn arrived 10 August, 2012!

    Surprise natural BFP March 2015. M/C at 5 weeks

    Married April 2010 TTC since ME 37 (DOR) DH 27 AMH 0.16 FSH fluctuation 30/6.2 SSH Clear Taking DHEA BCP 8/17/11 IVF #1 start 9/3/11 - Follistim (225),Lupron,and Lo dose HCG Converted to IUI only had 2 follies :( BFN BCP 9/28 IVF 1.2 start 10/11/11 - Follistim 450 + lo dose HCG
    Converted to IUI only had 1 follie :( BFN BCP 11/3 IVF 1.3 start 11/13/11 - Follistim (300)+Menopur+Dexamethasome - Made it to ER:) but not ET:( embies stopped growing day 3 IVF#2 new RE Estrace 12/8 adding in Provera 12/23 until 1/1 menopur,follistim,dexamethasome,ganerelix ER scheduled for 1/17wewBFFN w We are pursuing donor egg. 8/20/12 Had hysteroscopy to remove polyp but found that i have a t shaped uterus. Don't be discouraged. It's often the last key in the bunch that opens the lock.

    Dx: DH - Azoo, Me - Mild PCOS
    DH - sperm found! Seems to produce only for a few days every 70 days!
    Over 1 million in cryo in 15 vials over 6 samples
    IVF #1 - 1 beautiful expanded blast transferred, 4 snowbabies - beta #1 11/30/11 = BFFN
    FET #1, transfered 2 embies 2/16/12 = BFFN; 1 snowbaby left in cryo
    IVF #2 + CGH = 4 genetically normal embies on ice. FET September 26th
    SAIF/PAIF always welcome

    I am so sorry hun :( i know how bad it hurts! I just had it happen to me. It really sucks to make it this far just to be cancelled! Hang in! It does get better! Wishing you a suprise BFP!

    I'm so sorry. I remember the day mine was canceled and I was (we were) devastated. I can wholeheartedly agree with Lynn's sentiments above -- it does get better. Your RE can use the information learned from this cycle to help tailor a better protocol for you next time. For now your job is to rest and heal. You'll be feeling like yourself again soon (and in any event at least once you stop progesterone support if you're on it). You'll be ready to roll again before you know it. And remember there's always hope that the IUI will work!

    I am sorry to hear this. But it only takes one so this IUI could be the magical one. :) Wishing you GL!

    Me: 39 DH: 39 Dx: MFI, DOR, Poor Responder Our only option is IVF with ICSI; 1/11 IVF#1.1: Lupron flare, canceled lead follie/poor response; 3/11 IVF#1.2: EPP, canceled due to lead follicle/poor response; 10/11 IVF#1.3: Antagonist, microdose HCG, 2 embies 2dt BFN; 12/11 IVF #2: Stims started 12/17, ER: 12/27 3R, 1 mature, 1 fert, other 2 eggs matured overnight and rescue ICSI performed and both fertilized! (frozen on 12/30), On 12/29 1 2d 4-cell, grade 1 embie transferred. 1/12: Scheduled Beta, FX'd! IVF Snowflakes!

    IVF #1 11/10 brought us DS Stimming for IVF #2 begin 11/5/11 AFC (7) =( Protocol: Lurpon flare (2 days) + Lupron 10ml/Menopur 4 vials (AM) Lupron 10ml/300IU Gonal-F PM (converted to IUI) failed IVF 2.1 1/12 BFP!

    We were cancelled on our first try and it really stung. Our second attempt went much better. Good luck with the IUI!

    I'm so sorry!  I came close to being cancelled my last cycle, but IUI isn't an option for me so I think that's one reason we got to carry on?  In any case I hope this IUI is the ticket for you -- and you don't have to worry about any more IVF attempts anyway!  :)

    I'm so sorry. My first cycle was cancelled too. But, my RE learned a lot and I had a great response the second time around. Good luck with your IUI!

    12dp5dt: 765; 15dp5dt: 1979; 17dp5dt: 3379...TWINS!!!!!
    Our perfect baby boys were born at 36w1d!!

    I'm so sorry for the cancellation.  Best of luck with the IUI, and I hope that they learned some valuable information from how you responded... so that (if there has to be a next time) you'll have a good plan in place! 

    Severe MFI. Me: supposedly all clear but eggs showed vacuoles.

    IVF #1 January 2012, ER Jan 14th: 34R, 27M, 23F. Day 3: 18 embies still strong. Day 5: zero "good," one "fair," the rest "poor." Transferred 3. None made it to blast or to freeze. Jan 28: BFN.

    Lucky IVF #2: Transferred two beautiful day three embies on St. Patrick's Day. BFP on HPT 7dp3dt. Beta 1 (14dpER)=106; Beta 2 (16dpER)=140; Beta 3 (19dpER)=264! First u/s 4.17.

    Us: 39(me)/41(he). TTC since April '11. DOR/MFI. March '12: surgery to remove fibroids, cysts, and endometriosis.
    IVF #1: 9/13/12. ER: 9/25. 3R, 2M, 1F. ET: 9/28 (1-6B). Beta: moved from 10/11 to 10/10: BFN.
    IVF #2: 11/12 cycle postponed due to Sandy and then cancelled due to elevated E2.
    IVF #2.1 cancelled due to cyst.
    IVF #2.2: 2/2/13. Converted to IUI. BFN
    IVF #3.0: 3/2014. BCP & Microdose Lupron.  Cycle cancelled due to poor response.

    IUIs #1-3 (1x unmedicated, 2x Clomid) = 2 BFNs, 1 m/c at 7w3d
    IUIs #4-6 (injects) = 3 BFNs
    IVF #1 = BFN
    FET #1 = BFN
    FET #2 = BFN
    IVF #2 = BFP, b/g twins lost at 20w due to partial abruption/PPROM
    IVF #3 = c/p 5w2d
    Long-shot Clomid/Prednisone cycle before next IVF = BFP, our beautiful, healthy girl born 6/26/13!
