Trouble TTC

Hi

Hi. I've been lurking on the TTGP board for over a year and I feel I should introduce myself over here cuz I'm just a little down about seeing all the BFP after trying for only a few months. I'm 25 and a nurse from Canada. DH is 25 and works out of town. He makes more money there so until the stork visits he is gone for 2 weeks and home for 1 week, which hinders our chances of TTC, I know, but that's not really the issue. I get maybe two periods a year so I've started on prometrium to bring on a bleed and see If I ovulate on my own. When I chart it does nothing. My temps are all over the place and so is my CM. That's me in a nutshell.

Re: Hi

  • Welcome! I'm sorry you have to be here, I can relate to the whole DH being gone issue. Mine is gone nearly every week and it is no fun.

    Good Luck with the prometrium!

I am, sort of. In Canada they're basically called fertility specialists. I first saw my primary care physician, who then referred me to the fert specialist who I'm seeing now. Its a dude, but he's nice and I have heard great things about him. There is only 3 where I live and the one that I wanted to see has a 1 year waitlist, so I only waited 4 months to see him.
