Breathe Right strips for allergies

Ive been miserable and couldn't breathe at night due to allergies lately. I am BF so I can't take a decongestant and even though they say antihistamines are ok, I took Claritin (regular, not D!) one day and got 4oz less when I pumped, so I quit taking it.

Last night I tried one of the extra strength Breathe Right strips, it worked SO well. I didn't have to keep waking up to flip sides and I actually woke up breathing. It was amazing! I always thought they were just for snoring. Never thought about it opening up my nose from allergies.

I LOVE them - especially the ones with Vicks - for when I'm sick with a stuffy nose.

They do work well! DH uses them for his sinus problems and his snoring! Glad they worked for you so yo don't have to take meds!

I used them almost every night during my pregnancy because my nose was always congested. They worked awesome!!!
