stats on c-section rates after induction?

Does anyone have any statistics on

1. the likelihood of having a c-section after being induced compared with not.

2. the likelihood of having a c-section after getting an epidural compared with not

1.  If you are a FTM, your odds of having a c/s double if you are induced according to one recent study.  That is an overall average--it depends on your Bishop score and probably some other factors

LOL I'm always thinking I need to keep a database.  Because sometimes I know I read a study on something and then for the life of me I can't find it again.  Drives me crazy!
