Due date

Today was Carter's due date. I never expected to make it this far, so I didn't think the day would be *that* hard. But, I woke up crying at 5:00 this morning and haven't been able to stop since.

 

This afternoon I meet with a hematologist. Maybe he will have some answers for me.

I'm so sorry.  I remember my due date and I didn't think it would hit me as hard as it did.  (((HUGS)))

Caleb's due date was just Monday 11/7/11.  I thought I would be ok, but as I sat at work EVERYTHING set me off.  The fact that I was there, and not in the hospital ( I had this innate feeling I was supposed to be at the Hosp all day ) -- My cousin gave birth to her second at the Hosp I was supposed to deliver at the day before ( and she was 6 days late ) I kept thinking how cool Caleb would have shared a close birthday or we would have been roommates.  *sigh*

I cried alot, and then the day passed.  I know that he is with me everyday. But If you need to take that day for yourself I advise you do.  The grief came on so strong so quick for me.  I'm glad to have had better days this week. Hang in there !

Ugh, one of the milestones that we get to look forward to :.  I wish you moments of peace and strength in between the tears and sadness.  Thinking of you and baby Carter.

Hugs.  I'm so sorry for your loss and reaching your due date.  I'm dreading that date too.  I hope you get some good answers at your apt.

((hugs)) I have a tough time each year as I approach my due date,even though I knew with twins they would most likely arrive before that date.
