I'm just over 1 week pp and still waking up sweating at night. Not every night but just often enough to interfere with those few precious hours between feedings. Hiw ling does this usually last??

I had pretty bad night sweats for 3-4 weeks, and then it tapered off. It was really uncomfortable waking up soaked like that, and like you said it adds to the sleep deprivation. Hope it gets better soon!

I thought I was starting menopause...I am 40. It was horrible. I don't remember this problem with either of my two previous births. I am 5 months pp and here and there I have an episode, but for the most part it has stopped. I am thinking I was dealing with it until at least 3 months pp
