Looks like another miscarriage

Since HCG only went up from 15k to 25k in 4 days they fit me in for the ultrasound I mentioned on Tuesday which showed little to no growth.  Doctor wasn't optimistic.  Retested HCG today and it only went from 25k to 29k in 2 days.  Should have gone up to at least 41,500 for this to look promising.  Doctor called me and told me to be prepared for a miscarriage again - that she's certain it will happen but didn't know when.  Until the #s stop going up she can't do anything about it.  She doesn't think there's anything wrong with me - that I'm just in that very small percent that has 2.  She said at my age they usually don't recommend genetic testing on me and DH until the 3rd miscarriage because it can be very expensive but she said they would if we wanted just to have that off the table.  I called my insurance and while the woman I was talking to didn't seem to know what she was doing she put me on hold and came back and said they do pay for it.  I'll just have the doctor's office preauthorize it.  They'll recheck my numbers Tuesday and do an ultrasound before determining whether to try to let it happen naturally or do a D&C before we go to California for Thanksgiving for the 21st.  Last time I had to be on vacation in Mexico with my family for 10 days with a pending miscarriage and I really don't want to be on vacation with my family again for a week for my mom's wedding with that again so I'm praying it happens before then.
