high risk???

What exactly is considered high risk?  I am 41 and just found out I am preg with #3...my prev pregnacies were great and no problems.. (that was 20 and 18 years ago though).

    i just had a miscarriage a month ago and am pregnant again. They labeled me as high risk too and im 23 this is my 2nd pregnancy and dont have any medical issues...beats me!! I guess the only good thing is i think we get more ultrasounds :)
