sharing milk?  I have some WEIRD quirks about milk.

It has to be freezing cold.

It has to be in a GLASS glass, not a plastic cup.

I WILL NOT share it with anyone (even DH) or drink milk after someone else.

I WILL NOT kiss DH if he has just drank milk.

It has to be drunk 3 days before the expiration date.

I WILL NOT drink the last 1/2 oz in the bottom of the glass.  Eww.

I am NOT like this with any other drinks, just milk.  Anyone with me?

I only drink chocolate milk, but it has to already be chocolate milk --- as opposed to adding chocolate syrup or powder to "regular" milk.

I don't drink milk unless there is chocolate in it and it's slightly warmed. It's for when I want to cuddle up and got to sleep.

I will add milk to coffee

Milk is nasty on its own. I am forever traumatized from watching my cousin's drink large glasses with their plates of spaghetti.  BARF!

I'm still fighting a big battle with DH that it's THE MOST DISGUSTING THING IN THE WORLD that he pulls the milk jug out of the fridge, unscrews the cap, and takes huge swigs of it.   If I see him do it, I will NOT consume any more of the milk from that container.

Right there with you. Same thing with cereal (that has milk in it) nomsharing bites. I think it's because milk is not see through at all.

I love milk. It is my favorite. : ) But DH is kinda the same way with milk. If it is ANY date slightly close to the expiration date he will not touch it. His sisters made him the guinea pig when they were growing up and it was sour a few times! Yuck! I would hate it too...

I'm weird about milk too.  I'll only drink it for about three days after it's been opened, unless it's organic milk (the extra pasteurization makes it better longer).  The flavor changes if it's been open too long and I'm super sensitive to milk once it starts to turn.  In fact, the first time I got food poisoning was in college and it was from milk that was starting to turn.  A friend had the same milk with no issues.  It's happened to me a couple of times thereafter, so I know it's truly milk that does it to me.  Thus, I'm hyper anal about drinking it before it starts to turn.  I also only like it in glass and when it's super cold.
