Best Jogging Stroller that is NOT a BOB ?

OK, so my firend has the BOB, and it's great, but I just can't spend that much money on a stroller.  So, what other jogging stroller do you recommend?  Why do you like it? 

I will not be running with it every day, and probably not for runs much more than 5-7 miles.  I am just looking for something reliable, with a smooth ride for my little guy.

I just had a mom tell me to 1) Definitely buy used if you can.  She said some ppl rarely use their joggers then sell them like new. 2) She got a Baby Trend and says she loves it.  Says it's a very smooth ride.

I got a hand me down Baby Trend from a friend.  It is great for the distances you would like to run.  I have the Navigator model- its got a great sun shade, reclining seat, decent basket and side pockets to hold water, keys, etc.  it also has a hand brake which is actually useful (bob revolution doesn't have one).  Front wheel is fixed only (no swivel option) but I only use it for walks and runs so that's fine.  If it were my primary stroller I'd want a swivel wheel to maneuver easier during errands and shopping trips.
