caffeine ?

does snapple iced tea have a lot of caffeine in it?  DH got me a case, and it doesn't say caffeine on the ingredients.  I could see totally OD'ing on them, and I want to make sure their isn't caffeine.  I'm thinking because it's tea there might be???

It probably does have caffeine. The only teas that don't usually list it on the outside.

According to the Snapple people:

A 12 ounce bottle of Snapple Tea contains 31.5 milligrams of caffeine.

 They have it broken down by how much per flavor too.

Most OB's recommend anywhere beteween 200-300mg. of caffeine a day.  I still drink my Mountain Dew every day, couldn't live without it!

Technically you can drink 3 cups of coffee a day to get your 200-300mg of caffeine.  If iced tea has a little in it, I'm sure you're fine, just drink in moderation if you're worried.
