Getting worried..

Still no period. Missed it for all of October, and have not had it since mid-September.

I lost a lot of weight, and am nursing still. However I've been nursing all along with no delay in menses since.. this is a total first for me. I keep buying tests, I've had my doctor test me, all pregnancy tests are negative.. my gynocology exam was normal. No answers anywhere.
