Smell?

Okay, let me preface this by saying my family tells me i have a super sensitive nose... We use only cotton diapers(fitteds and prefolds). When my son pees i can smell it!! The diapers dont smell when they come out of the dryer but as soon as he pees, it smells like urine. It doesnt have the strong burning amonia smell, but you definetly know that he pee'd. I am the only person in my family that cd's so i am not sure if this is normal?? Thanks for any input!

You might have a little build-up. Are you sure your diapers are rinsing completely clean when you wash?  I noticed this a bit in the beginning as well and it was a sign my wash routine needed just a little tweaking.
