Cervix has stayed put from last week. I need to keep on the progesterone for the remainder of the pregnancy to make sure. They took a swab of my cervix to see if there are signs of me going into labor in the next two weeks. ( I get the reults this afternoon) All in all doc is happy and positive and so are we. I go back next week just to check and make sure we are on the right track. He did say I could still work and to just take it easy as much as possible. So glad hubbs was there to hear the "no grocery shopping or walking around Target for hours for Christmas gifts" part.
I can't thank you enough for the thoughts and prayers. You girls are something else.
Re: Penny Joy Update
Awesome news!! I've been thinking about y'all all morning!
And double yay for this part:
Continued T&P for alla y'all!
When 3 Became 4
So glad you got good news! Prayers are still headed your way!
Just a thought, if you don't like the results from this afternoon you might ask about seeing a high risk ob for extra care during the remaining parts of your pregnancy.

This is all coming from my high risk OB, so I take it very seriously.
Taytee, THANK YOU! I was not about to attempt spelling or saying that swabby test thing.
Yay! That's great news!
~~**continued baby stay put and good test results dust**~~
I didn't doubt your seriousness or concern, I hope it didn't come out that way.
I have a few IRL friends that didn't know where to go for extra help or that they could even ask for a specialist and their dr's didn't suggest a high risk ob (which makes me wonder about the dr.), but they also don't have the austin bumpies as a resource too. To make a long story short, I am always advocating for 2nd opinions or extra care for everyone, plus I loved Dr Berry so I like to push his practice too.
Hugs & prayers!

No no not at all! I dont know why I typed it out like that. I'm sorry. I didn't take it wrong at all. I meant it as this all came from the high risk OB and not just me regular one. I have been seeing the high risk OB since I became pregnant per my regular OB (had some surgery last year that they wanted to make sure all bases were covered). The HROB is the one that caught the shrinking cervix, thank goodness. I love the fact that I have two doctors making sure everything is A-ok. Not to mention my Bumpies.
That is FANTASTIC news!!!
Jacob is happy, too.
