    How about teaching your players and staff the lesson that you need to stand up for what is right and step down now?  I bet you there will be such a big backlash that he will leave sooner and without that dignity he thinks he deserves.

    Yeah, how about committing to doing what's right for little kids who are being taken advantage of rather than turning a blind eye or half-assedly dealing with it in order to protect your staff. What a POS.

    Ridiculous.  There is no way to exit gracefully from that one, buddy.  I hope all of the people who failed to report that scumbag suffer guilt for the rest of their days.  I should have never read that grand jury document.  I am so disturbed by it all.
