Is anyone following the Penn State story?

DH is a huge Penn State fan.  It's just such a sad and disgusting story.  I feel so horrible for the children involved in all of this.  I really wish Paterno (or anyone else who knew what was going on) had done more to stop it.  It's too bad his legacy may end up being more about this than being a football god at that school, but he did it to himself really.

 I agree with this! Its awful that people SAW this and KNEW about this going on, yet that guy was allowed to be near children...

I am heartbroken.  I am going to wait for all the facts to come out before I cast judgement.  Joe has always held the highest moral ground and I believe he deserves to have his story told.  In my heart of hearts I can't let myself believe that he knew the severity and/or ignored the situation.

I agree...fricken unreal- how can you sleep at night even if you just had suspicions..

That's what I try to tell myself, too, but I also wonder why he didn't push McQueary further to get more info from him about what he saw. I don't know.
