Wirefly? (Cell phone upgrade)

Has anyone ever used Wirefly.com to purchase a new phone? We're eligible to upgrade our Verizon phones next month ad DH wants a Droid.  Its $100 at the Verizon store, and free on Wirefly. 

My main concern is that it looks like I'm not renewing my plan, but actually re-doing the plan with a new pricing scheme. I like our current price:)

Any experiences?

Never heard of this...but I'm curious.  My screen is shattered, but we don't qualify for an upgrade until 11/24....so I'm in the market.
