In shock. (bfp)
Hi ladies,
After my bfn on friday I tested again yesterday and got my bfp.... then I did another two tests to be sure! I just had the phone call from the fertility clinic confirming my beta from this morning was 288.
I am very shocked but happy! It doesn't seem real to me yet. After all, we had thought that this cycle was a bust and we were going on a break from ttc and medicated cycles to give my body a rest and to allow ourselves to destress from it all!
Thank you for all your support throughout this journey, you ladies are absolutely wonderful and have been the only people who really understand when discussing fertility issues. Its pretty sh!tty that we all have even had to deal with medicated cycles and hormones to get pg but it does work! I hope you all get your fantastic news very soon! Is it ok if I still stick around on this board though? I am not feeling confident enough to move on just yet as it is still very early days! Thank you again!

50mg unmonitored clomid oct 2010 = BFN
50mg unmonitored clomid dec 2010 = BFN
Lap to remove endo and HSG march 2011 = tubes clear and very little had returned.
50mg MONITORED Clomid Sept 2011 (10 tablets) + trigger shot = 3 mature follies but BFN
50mg Monitored Clomid Oct 2011 (5 tablets this time) = BFN turned BFP 9th november 2011!

Tayray I thought this cycle was a bust because it had been a bust every.single.time (sounds silly I know, but I thought why would this time be any different KWIM?) I got my bfp 15dpo, I am a little embarrassed to say that yes I did test a little early - I think I was 11 dpo but I was going away for the weekend for a birthday party and wanted to have a couple of drinks =/ - I'm only human! I didn't think anything of the negative test as I had sore boobs and I tend to get that when I am pmsing anyway...
Now I'm feeling a bit guilty at having those few drinks!
I have another beta on monday, hopefully that will be all hunky dory!
