 Could this be a tooth? I know babies are supposed to get their front teeth first but S has a white bump on teh side of her gum. She is super fussy and is gumming her thumb on the spot. Could this be a tooth?

That doesn't look right to me. I think I'd get that checked out.

One of my sons sprouted a tooth at three months, but it didn't look like that. I think you should take her to a doctor.  It might be a tooth, but you should take her in to make sure.

I'll echo everyone else on here.  That looks kinda off to me.  My two started sprouting teeth around the age of yours, but they were their bottom front two, and didn't look like that.  Poor thing!
