QUICK! info on tiny toms please

my friend in dubai is having someone in cali buy her daughter toms right now. her daughter has really chubby feet. will they fit her ok? i know yall have discussed that the sizing is weird, should she go up a size? down a size? not get them b/c theyre narrow? any info is appreciated.

    I find that they run true to size and they fit my chubby footed son better than many other shoes. I LOVE them! His feet have slimmed a lot and they're still great.

    I think they'll fit chubby feet better, actually.  DD's feet are on the slimmer side and her Toms don't fit well at all - they slip right off.
