What is the easiest way to convert cell phone video files (gp3 or something like that) to wmv files.  I see there are sites to download software to do this, but it seems like there should be an easier way to play/share them.  When I downloaded the video's from my phones storage device, my computer wouldn't play the files.  Therefore, I can't really send them to anyone.  Also, how do you flip them so they aren't all sideways when viewing.  Any ideas?
