I've got about 30 minutes or less everyday and need a good, quick workout plan. No gyms involved, so if y'all know of any amazing videos or exercises that I can be doing from home, please let me know.
I need to do a bit better with my eating but mainly it is the exercise that I need. I want to lose 30 pounds.

I would do the Jillian Michaels Shred videos. They're brutal, and less than 30 minutes each. You can buy cheapo hand weights or even use soup cans.
If you have On Demand, there are usually some good videos on the Exercise TV channel. I also like Jackie Warner.
If you're interested in power yoga, Baron Baptiste has an awesome audio CD set. There are three 20 min sections (vinyasa, core and hip), and one long 70min workout for any days you can do something extra. Also, yogajournal.com has many that you can download (either free or purchased); Jason Crandall is good if you're just getting started. Shiva Rea and Bryan Kest are also some of my favorites. Vinyasa or power yoga is a good way to include full body stretching, toning and balance in a traditional aerobic/weights routine. A 60min power workout can be equivalent to jogging the same time in calorie burn, so don't be fooled that yoga is just for stretching and relaxation; there are plenty of ways to sweat too
