I didn't want to reply in the other post because I wasn't sure you'd see it.
Yeah, I'm not surprised that she's not eating much solids if she's drinking that much milk--if it's your milk, great--but I would not replace it with cow's milk because it simply doesn't offer the same nutrition that mom's milk does. Like I said in my previous post, my son gets water with meals and very occasionally other things.
The longer I BF'd the more poorly I responded to the pump. One thing that I found was key was to do things exactly the same as if I was nursing him. When I nurse, I read on my iphone, so if I didn't do that when I pumped I absolutely could not get a let down. Other things that helped were deep, relaxing breaths, visualizing having him at the breast--the way he looked, felt, smelled, etc.
