Another synagis side effect question

DD had the shot a week ago today.  On Tuesday when I came home she had bright red cheeks, nose, and chin. I called the doctor and they said it could either be a reaction to the RSV shot, 5th disease, or eczema.  All three are harmless.  So I'm curious if anybody else saw this reaction with the RSV shot? 

I'm leaning toward fifth disease since the redness comes and goes in intensity.  It seems to get worse for several hours after I take her outside. I don't know how she keeps coming down with these things.  We're on the third cold for October (or it's just fifth disease causing a runny nose every week or so).

No, I have not noticed that. DD had her first injection on Friday.
