Can anyone suggest areas in/near Colorado Springs?

DH is convinced that we should move to Colorado Springs, CO.  Sounds good to me!  Can anyone suggest areas/neighborhoods etc. to look in?  I've never lived anywhere but here in central PA.  We are concerned primarily with having a good school district.

I'll be looking there too, we're currently living temporarily in Highlands Ranch and will be moving to the Springs in the early Spring.

I live in the Springs.  I highly recommend the area, it is a great place to live!  District 20 and 49 are both good districts.  The North end of town is really nice, but so are many areas.  It just depends on what you are looking for.  People that want horse property usually go to the east side (Falcon or Peyton) and people that are looking for mountains go to the west side.  There are a lot of military around here- 4 military bases (USAF Academy, Peterson, Schriever, Cheyenne Mountain Air Station, and Ft. Carson).  The Academy/Black Forest and the Broadmoor areas are the nicest around.  Good luck and if you move here I am sure you will love it!  

DH and I used a real estate agent when we got here and she showed us all over town.   PM me if  you want the name of my agent...she is the best one we have ever used.
