I just took my baby to the doctor, she is 19 months, 23.2 lbs, 30 percentile in weight, and 75 percentile in height, the doctor said she will probably be 5'9" or 5'10", how about your baby?
DD is 23 months old and is roughly 24 lbs and somewhere between 32 and 33 inches. I'll find out for certain when I take her to her 2 year well check on December 12th.
At her 18 month well visit DD was 25 lbs and 31 inches tall. I lost track of what percentiles she is in. The only thing that matters to me is that she grows.
At 18 months, T was 23 lbs 10 oz (12th percentile) and 33 inches (75th percentile). I think he's probably gained about a pound in the last three months. Not sure about his weight. His dad is long and lean, so he will probably follow suit.
Mommy to two angel babies, 6w4d on 10/21/08 and 8w2d on 2/22/09. I still think of you and miss you every day!
34 inches, 25 lb 10 oz at 18 months. 95% for height, 70 for weight based on age. He said she's just under 50% for weight compared to height and he was happy with that number.

Please don't hold the 5'9/5'10 to her though. My mom always throws it in my face that I should be about 5'11, I'm 5'5. I grew boobs and I stopped growing. I was this height at 11 years old and never grew an inch since. My mom is 5'4 and my dad was 6'2. My sister at her tallest (before osteoporosis, she also has Crohn's) was 5'10, now she's 5'8.
DS is definitely taken after my father's side of the family. At 18 months he was 24 lbs and 35". He was a large baby at birth 10 lbs, 22". He has made his own growth curve his entire life. He typically hangs out at the opposite ends of the growth chart. At 20 months he's 25 lbs 1 oz and I believe he's about 35.5 if not taller, he doesn't stand long enough for us to mark his growth chart on the wall.

DD is 21 months last week. And she is just over 24 lbs. And 32 (and 5/8th) inches tall. Thankfully she is a steady grower as I am only just over 5 ft 1 in myself. Her dad 6 ft 1 in and sibs are 5 ft 10in and 6 ft 1 in. So we are guessing DD will be between 5 ft 4 in and 5 ft 9 in.

At 18 months he was 32 1/4" and 24 lbs. I think he was somewhere between 25th and 50th for both. I'm surprised they estimated her adult height. I think usually they go by their height at age 2.
Re: Baby's weight and how old?
we just went today for her 1 year check-up.
23lbs 14oz (90%), 30 inches (75%), and 48cm head (100%).
she is chubby and smart

My kid's been off the charts since @ 6 months old. He's nearly 18 months old, 35 lbs, 35". Yes I'm in constant back pain.
