I saw your post below and I was wondering how much CoQ10 were you taken? Did you continue Coq10 and the wheatgrass while stimming or after retrievel?
I've been taking Coq10 from my second ivf on and I have seen improvements on egg quality, especially improvements on fragmentation. Just wondering what worked for you. I also have been taking wheatgrass all along, and I like it enough to continue taking it forever, but thought I would stop taking it with my stims. just incase it lowers fsh it wouldn't adversely affect my reaction to stims.
In the last three months I've been taking Ubiquinol 200mg in the am and 400mg of Coq10 at night. Hopefully that's enough and not overkill.
I know some sirm doctors like melatonin and inositol too. Were you on those?
Re: ***STL34***
I was taking 500mg of Coq-10 twice a day (I continued this through stims and through beta - my RE said it was good to do so).
I took inositol during my successful cycle. I had not taken it before. I can't remember how much I took. I'll look back and see if I had it on one of my calendars.
I stopped the wheatgrass before I started stims.
I tried melatonin. However, it made me feel really sleepy and would make me feel hungover the next day. So, I didn't take it more than a few times.
Good luck!!

thanks for responding. It's good to know that the Inositol might be worthwhile without the melatonin. Like you, I stopped taking the melatonin awhile back because it was making groggy the next day, even though I had dropped it back to 1mg. I'm a good sleeper anyway, so hopefully my natural melatonin is enough.
