I did this year, and I fear that I am not done. I am determined to find a HUGE blow up scene for the front yard. And, I already have a ton out there. Walgreens has a sale right now and I shityounot that I have been there 5 times since yesterday.
I used to hate the big blow up decorations. Well, you know what they say.. "if you cant beat 'em, join 'em"
Re: Does anyone go a little overboard with Halloween decorations?
No, but the crazy neighbor and her dh are out of control with their decor. Every square inch of his yard is covered and all throughout their house too. It's a true obsession. Dh's family took dozens of pics while they were visiting. They looked like a bunch of tourists at the Grand Canyon. Silly Asians.
I told him last week that the scariest part of their display was the McCain/Palin sign in the window. He didn't think I was funny. He drinks MGD.
Actually, Walgreens has some great sales on their decorations right now. I did get one small blow up for $14.99, but I think I will head to Menards tomorrow. I dont know if they have any sales right now, but I do know that they have a great selection of the REALLY BIG blow ups.
I would imagine that their stuff would be on sale now?
'nuff said.
