classes/lessons for 11-12mnth old in Cincinnati area

Does anyone know of any classes/lessions for 11 (almost 12mnth old) in Cincinnati area (possibly on the westside of town)? I'd prefer free but that's not very realistic. I've taken free classes at The little gym and I've signed my son up for one at Gymboree, but classes are so expensive, didn't know if anyone knew of inexpensive options.

    I take my 13 month old daughter to the library once a month. They have a library babies program for 6-18 months. We go to Green Township on the second Thursday of the month but I've heard good things about the Covedale Library and Delhi Library. It's only half an hour and it's pretty unstructured but my daughter loves playing with the other kids. We like it. You can find information on the library's website.
