Talk to me about HC Spots

Last weekend I ordered 2 BGEs (NIP) from two different sellers on Spots. I paid immediately. I haven't received orders from either, but it's only been a week... How long do Spots orders usually take? Also, when I go into my Hyena Cart account it shows no purchase history and no BIN history. Is this normal? Did I do something wrong in my ordering? I still have my emails from Paypal & HC from the time of ordering, but I am starting to worry...

It's weird that you have no purchase history.  Have you emailed the sellers?  Shipping is up to them, and normally they provide a shipping number if they use PP.  Hope you get it figured out!
