I figured that any responses by now wouldn't get read, so I wanted to make a new post.
I had been having trouble brushing DD's teeth because she was past the finger brush (she was biting) and *she* wanted to brush her teeth with the "big girl" brush. I found THIS one at HEB and thought I'd give it a try. AWE.SOME. I usually let her "brush" her teeth while I comb her hair. Then I put a little toothpaste on it and help her (read: do it for her) but she's still able to hold the brush for herself and get the idea of the motion.
Re: Wasn't there a post about toothbrushing?
Oooh--cool! I might have to check that out!
:-)
They're pretty awesome. Unfortunately, that's the brush we've used since her first tooth (and she's had ALL her teeth since 14 months). I wish she still liked it because I love how small the head is but the handle is still long for bigger hands like DH - plus there's a little one for her to hold!
Right now she only wants the same spinbrush Abby has but of course, she's afraid of the actually spinning action so it's a $6 battery operated toothbrush for her to chew on.
::repeat to self::: This to shall pass... this too shall pass...
