Your double stroller, if you can post a picture/link that would be helpful also.

I'm sure this has been asked quite a few times, so I am sorry.

  • We have the Baby Jogger City Mini double. My 14 month old loves it and my 5 week old sleeps like a champ in it. No regrets at all. It fits through our front door and the doors at the bank too!!

  • We use the city mini double as well.  I really like it.  It turns on a dime and both my 4 month old and 23 month old like it.  I really do love everything about it except the small basket and no cup holder for the adult.

  • For those who have the city mini double stroller...

I have an 18 month old and am expecting in February.  I was at the store today and tried out the stroller, putting my son in it and pushing it around.  My son is on the smaller side, but he almost looked squished inside of it??  (It could be that because it was just the floor model and I didn't spend time adjusting it)  Are your older kids comfortable in it?  Will it grow well with my kids, or will I need something different when they are a bit bigger?

Also, how easily does it fold up?

My DD is 15 months old and she fits in it very comfortably. She has plenty of room to grow. It does hold her a little tighter than her single stroller but I think that's just because it's supposed to be compact. My cousin has a 3 & 4 year old and they are still using the City Mini and her kids are on the larger side.

As for folding it up, it's super easy. That's one of the main reasons we chose it. We are very happy with our purchase...

I found this console about a year after I bought my BJCS and I LOVE it.

  • I have a Baby Jogger City Select and a BOB Duallie.  I love them both but for different reasons.  If I had to burn one and keep one I think the BJCS would win out.  But barely.

The BJCS is very very versatile.  I have used it as a single, as a double with a carseat, as a double with two seats, and am going to be getting the running board so it can be used as a sit and stand.  If we decided to have a third baby, I could use it as a triple (two babies in seats, one on the running board).

  • I have a Phil & Teds sport and I LOVE it. Light, flexible (can either be a single or double), easy to maneuver and handles well on different terrain. My kids take turns sitting in the lower seat now and my oldest actually prefers it because they can get in and out on their own easily.

Thanks for the link, Caitlin!  I will be adding that to my Christmas list.

OP, we don't have 2u2 just yet.  However, I ordered the BJCS and am anxiously awaiting its arrival.

If you are brave/crazy, the stroller WITH second seat kit in Diamond is on sale for $499 at Albee Baby.  If we end up not liking the white/silver, then I am going to have it professionally dyed gunmetal gray.

  • Baby Jogger City Mini Double. Love it- it can fit anywhere are single stroller can fit. My second choice would be the Combi Twin Sport, we almost bought that one.
  • We have Kolcraft Contours and it is HUGE but great! It came with every attachment (including car seat adaptor) for about $250. I like that the basket is so big I can do my grocery shopping with it and it fits down any aisle way!

We plan to also purchase city select for travel and days when I don't need to put DD in a stroller.
