Hi...from the 12-24 month board. What do you need for 2 under 2?

Hi! While I will not have two under two, I will have one who is just a few weeks over 2 and an infant. I was wondering if you could give me any tips on things you needed to get for two, such as a double stroller. Any other items that were must haves or things you felt you needed to get new of? TIA.

definitely a good double stroller, i've got a baby jogger city select and love it. Otherwise i have found it to be trial and error with the diaper bag thing. i like to keep 4 bottles/sippy cups with me and its taken me three bags to find one i like that isn't overstuffed and i don't keep a lot in it.  Otherwise, just be aware being super organized is key and taking two out is a huge chore solo at times. To be honest i really haven't worn ds2 a lot and use the stroller as much as i can if the store doesn't have a normal sized cart. I didn't get a third diaper genie; just put ds1's in the hallway between the two rooms, but did get a third changing pad for ds2's room.  Othewise, talk with your dh and figure out a good schedule where he can help with some of it to let you get some sleep; as energy isn't always easy to keep up the first month or so.

Our girls are 18 months apart we wouldn't be able to live without. . .our double stroller (city mini double), a second crib, a second highchair (we use the spacesaver kind), and I need a pnp for #2 to roll around without #1 being able to bother her.

While both were in diapers we had one central diaper changing location.  That was nice.

I also use my ergo a lot. I can still wear either child in it and it makes grocery shopping with both girls possible.

Seconds set of nursery furniture/sheets etc. We did not get a double stroller yet because I wear DS on walks and such so we will see how DD is feeling about riding in the stroller in about 6 mo or so. Other than that I replaced some bottle nipples and burp cloths and he obviously got boy clothes but that's about it.

Definitely a sling! The double stroller will depend on your oldest, really, but I would strongly recommend getting one.

As for the rest, it depends on where you're at when the baby comes... If you used a convertible crib with your first and want to keep using it as a toddler bed, then yes, get another crib. 

My DD's share a room, so we only have one changing table, white noise machine, etc. 

As for a diaper bag, I am still using the same one as I did before. I just have to be careful in choosing what I pack in there.
