Another PW lasagna question

Cottage cheese? ?Have you all made it with the cottage cheese that it calls for?

I making it this weekend, but I'm substituting the cottage cheese for ricotta. ?

I've had lasagna with cottage cheese before and it made me want to wretch. ?

    I am making it with cottage cheese.  i will let you know.  She promises the cottage cheese is not wretch-worthy in the recipe (I guess her DH hates it).

    That is the recipe that my mom has always used and I love it. I've never had it any other way. We love the cottage cheese

    I did a mixture. I couldn't bear using cottage cheese. Although I will confess I think it makes it creamier.

     I also used real regianno parmigiano (Kraft? UGH!). ;-)

     I don't mean to sound snobby, btw, but I like me some good cheese.
