Xmas photos

Are your Xmas photos just the kiddos or are they the whole family? We have always done just J and this year will do just the 3. I've noticed all the mail I've gotten from photo places are whole fams so I'm curious.

ethan's 1st year was just him. last year i did a card that had multiple slots so there was a family photo and then individual shots of the kids.I don't know what I am doing yet this year.

We're going this weekend to have pics done.  I plan on the holiday themed pic to be of just the girls.  Last year I took the pics and our card had 2 pics of just Stella and 1 pic of the 3 of us in Santa hats. 

I'm not sure what I'll put on the card this year...I guess it depends on how the pro pics come out and what shots I can get of the 4 of us at home.

Usually we have us on the card too.  Either a family shot or a collage of photos with 1 of all 3 of us and the rest dd.  I like to see photos of the kids, but I like to see them of my friends as well.

Last year was just DD, as it was also our birth announcement. We are planning to do pictures tomorrow so if they work out, I *think* it will just be DD again.

We never get whole family pics in the mail. No one wants to see us...they only want to see how much the kids have grown.

The last years I have done just L.  It was just easier I found.  Jumping Jax Designs did them last year, and they came out really cute!

That's kinda how I feel... no-one needs to see how much DH and I have "grown" too, lol.

Ha, ours last year was just J.  The three of us never all end up smiling or looking good anyway, it's enough of a struggle with just J!

last year it was the 3 of us- since I had to hold L and I *think* this year it will be the four of us-

Oh, I wanted to add - if it was a collage, I wouldn't mind to throw in a pic of us as a family, but since I don't think we are going to involved in these pictures tomorrow, I would rather not. Like PP said, no one needs to see us, Charlotte is the "big show."

This will be the 1st year we're doing just the kids! We did us and the dogs, til E was born. Then all of us, including the dogs, til last year, we did just people! This year, just the kiddos, and they're not even all in the same pic we got a good one of E and a good one of the babies. I hate having my pic taken, so this way, I get out of it! :)hehe

I HATE myself in pics so they are always just the kids.  My dh and I really do want to get some family pics though.....just need to lose a little weight first )

Until last year, it was just Chelsea. But last year our pro pics came out really good so we did one of Chelsea, one of Molly, one of the girls together, and one of the whole family..it was a collage card from jcp.

This year will depend on how those pics come out. We are going in a week or two to get them done. I'm still brainstorming some ideas that I could do myself of just the girls too.

We have only ever done just the kids.  I am not opposed to a family shot, but it would have to be a pretty darn amazing picture of me LOL.
