I'm thankful for baby cuddles, coos, and smiles today. C has been a fussy mess lately and for whatever reason today she just wants to cuddle and laugh at me. I love these moments.
I'm thankful for an amazing NICU. Even though we've been gone for a while, several of the RNs and NPs check on the boys via Facebook or text message.
I'm thankful for my DH. Even though he drives me crazy sometimes, he does most of the stuff I hate - washing bottles, making bottles for the next day, the boys' laundry, loading/unloading the dishwasher.
I'm thankful for amazing coworkers that continue to donate sick days to me so I don't have to take unpaid days off for the boys' appointments.

I'm thankful that Emme can lay on her play mat and entertain herself while I fold laundry. She is thisclose to laughing. She lays there and kicks and "talks" to the toys. I love it!
I am also thankful that it is so close to Christmas! And my folks will be here! I haven't seen them since E was born
Oh one more! We had our weekly Girls Taco Wednesday last night and I hosted. Bc of this, my house is clean and I have leftovers to eat all day. Score for not having to cook! Mmmm... Queso...
I am thankful for being healthy and having my boys survive their prematurity.
It seems general, but I've heard so many sad stories over the last week. I'm unbelievably happy for what we have right now.

Our precious girl, born at 27 weeks.
1. The surgeons who performed both my boys' surgery last week and yesterday. Thank God they have steady hands!
2. Both my boys are moving in the right direction this week.
3. DH who is an amazing cook and made a huge batch of chili and lasagna on Monday so we don't have to eat takeout after the NICU tonight.
