For DS, I used the midwives at Seton Health in Clifton Park (delivered at St. Mary's in Troy). I was very happy with my care but I hated St. Mary's and since DS's birth, the group of midwives has undergone many changes. So, when I got pregnant with DD, I switched to the midwives at Dr. Sattar's office (delivered at Bellevue). I was thrilled with my care and would highly recommend them. If you are thinking about a home birth, Kelly McDermott (Sage Femme Midwifery) is the way to go. Hope that helps.
