Ladies-I'm back

After making it to 6 weeks pregnant-I'm back.

At my first ultrasound Monday, and a repeat Tuesday no gestational sac was seen.  My HCG level was near 3000  and at almost 6 weeks something should have been there.  My RE did a uterine biopsy and no products of conception were seen, so they are thinking eptopic (which my first pregnancy could have been as well).  I took methotrexate yesterday to end any eptopic pregnancy.  I've devasted, that after a year since my last loss and fertility treatments I am right back where I started from-just a year later.

I think this clairifies our next step though-after two highly possibly eptopics it looks like there might be something preventing a baby from finding it's way to my uterus, so IVF (which was going to be next if our last IUI didn't work) will probably be our best bet.

BFP!   11/16/12 U/S- Two nuggets with perfect heartbeats! EDD 7/10/13

    O hunny I'm so sorry to see you back here.  I've had 2 ectopics as well and I know how frustrating and scary it can be.  I hope your HCG drops quickly and you react well to the Methotrexate.  If you have any questions about IVF or just want to vent please feel free to PM me! ((HUGS))

    I'm so sorry for your loss.
