Babies on the Brain

Anyone have a baby scale?

What does the hold button do?  I have a Salter scale that I got for an awesome price at Once Upon a Child, but it didn't come with a manual.  But I have no idea what that button does.  The most I can figure out is that is allows for a more accurate weight with a wiggly baby.  Do you just push it before you weigh the baby or during?

  • I would assume that the hold button would hold the weight there. So lets say you put the baby on the scale the weight pops up, hit the hold button then you can take lo off the scale & the weight will still be there.

That was what I assumed as well.  It doesn't do that.  LOL

I read when I googled it that it is something to help ensure an accurate weight when you are weighing a squirmy baby.  But it doesn't say how to do so.  I will have to mess with it when I get home.
