Natural ways to reduce excess fluid

My amniotic fluid levels are high, and everything else appears to be well with the LO. I tested negative for GD. Does anyone know of natural ways to reduce the amount fluid? TIA.

    How high are your fluid levels?  I developed severe polyhydramnios with my son, and I've not heard of any natural ways to reduce amniotic fluid.  Have they talked to you about doing an amnio?  Good luck.

    Just to let you know - amniotic fluid levels vary based on the time of day. So I wouldn't worry too much if everything else is fine. The amniotic fluid is filtered every three hours or so... meaning there is new fluid in there every three hours, so maybe they just measured at the beginning when the levels were highest.
