I figured I would post here about my accomplishment this morning.
I hiked 5 miles in an hour and 10 minutes this morning, and these are the rocky mountains that I hike. Of course I have been exhausted all day, but I did it alone and early early this morning! If I can keep this up I am going to finally lose the last 15 pounds..

It took me 5 years of motherhood to discover that working out first thing in the morning is the only way I know that I will for sure get in a good workout. I typically get up around 5 a.m.
FYI? Working out earlier in the day revs up your metabolism and you will burn more calories throughout the day compared to working out later in the day. Keep it up!
