I don't know anything about chiropractors but I'm including a link for the San Antonio Natural Parenting board. They have a list of Chiropractors and I'm sure one of them would be familar with it. Another ideas is to contact a local Bradley instructor and see if they know of anyone.
Also I'm not sure if you've seen this or tried any of the methods but www.spinningbabies.com has some ideas on how to get a baby to turn. Good luck getting that baby in position.

Unfortunately, he's in Austin, so it's a bit of a drive, but he's great. I used to go to him before becoming pregnant and there were always plenty of expecting moms in there for the exact reason you stated.
